Allergic to seafood. And it disgusts me anyway. So no....I can't do the fish thing. I use Smart Choice margarine (Non-hydrogenated and made with Flax oil) for my Omega3s, along with flax seed bread when possible.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

I love to buy the golden roasted flax seeds from Trader Joe's, grind them in a spice grinder (not to a FULL powder though), then mix a tablespoon or so in a glass of water in the morning. I think it tastes good and much more fun than taking a big horse pill everyday. :)

Went to Disney yesterday and blew the calorie range right out of the water...but back on plan today...

My tummy still needs work though. I feel like I do not see a difference in that area. My sis in law got a free week pass for curves. She doesn't want to use it so she is passing it on to me! Yayyy!

Oh so I weighed in my weight watchers meeting on saturday and I lost 6 pounds in my first week.

Very good to be back under the 150 mark.
