nice Luz. You look great. I'm glad you're succeeding in your diet and feeling good. Congratulations.

I don't know if they're asian sizes, did you buy the pants in America? I used to wear 36, 38 (sometimes 34 or 40, depending on the brand) in Brazil, which are normal sizes there. I still have a 34 pair of jeans but I have to be real skinny to wear them and still they'd be way too dayum tight, so I gave up being crazy about it, I ain't 17 anymore, I have to understand I just can't have that body and fit in that size ever again.

About the pickles, I dunno if they have low sodium, I love them and they're very light, great to snack. Have you ever tried hearts of palm? They taste so good and they're also very light. Look for it.

Thanks Nessa,

I bought the beige one in Thailand and blue jeans from a relatives that works in Cuba. My waist size now is 27( from size 30) and those pants fit just right. :)

I really have more way to go..it sez with my height and age ( I'm 44  ) I should weigh 106 lbs.. :crying: so have to work on it seriously. I notice that the more you get old the metabolism is so slow..well at least on my part..I don't know to others.. :P

My problem is water..I just can't drink water..I don't feel I'm thirsty at all ..Gary and I same..we only drink water with the form of tea , coffee ,juice..since I am not much into tea and coffee and soda I force myself to drink plain water. :( I have to. :crying:

Your young, and have a lean and trim body that so perfect with your height..I think what you need is to maintain.

Your beautiful Nessa, :luv: I know you are coz I see you already ..hehehe :D

Still on the diet so far. I've lost 8 pounds this week, which is of course more than they recommend. I'm eating 2200 calories per day, so there isn't much I can do about it. I ain't gonna eat more so that it slows down. It'll slow down once I get past a certain point, so I'm not going to be overly concerned about it.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

About the metabolism I've read a lot about it that it does slow down, but I think what really happens is that the older we get the less we move. Remember when you were 6? Wouldn't you be running and riding bicycles and never stop? Do you do that now?

Drinking water as tea, juice or coffee (not soda) also helps if you just don't feel like plain water. What I do first thing in the morning is to drink a huge glass of water (well, an amount similar to it, I actually drink from the bottle :P )

And thanks for the compliment, you're so sweet (F) I always gain weight when it's winter cuz I move less, work out less and eat way more :P so I just wanna lose those winter fat, and I'm kind in a hurry cuz we're going to Brazil and it's summer there and I want to look good in bikini

Congrats  . I wish I could eat 2200 and still lose 8 lbs lol, but I'm a woman, oh well.

You don't weigh anywhere NEAR what I do (maybe half? probably less than that), so your calorie level will be a lot lower than mine. Mine will, of course, go down as I lose weight. Their recommendation for safe weight loss was 3100 calories/day. I ain't got time for that...I gotta be in good riding shape/weight by July! lol
