Yo,

Well, I have a review of Better'n Peanut Butter. I tried some yesterday on rice cakes (which I actually like!). It certainly tastes peanuty, but it's thinner and easier to spread. I can't say I'm crazy about it because it's a bit sweet for my taste. It's significantly sweeter than regular peanut butter. However, if you like sweet things and you're not a peanut butter purist, you'd probably like it!

If I drive close to that store someday I'll buy it, too much trouble for me to go there just for that and then dislike the thing. I don't know if it's too sweet if I'd like it. Thanks for the review

can you actually look at other peoples stuff like their goals and stuff? or do they have to share it

i don't think so. I'll share with u my name and u can try to look mine.

Certainly! Trader Joe's is a great place for other stuff too. I do about half my food shopping there. The prices are reasonable, and they have a lot of their own-brand stuff. It's also a good place to get beer and wine.

Better'n Peanut Butter isn't super sweet, just sweeter than regular peanut butter. I read people's reviews of it on the Internet. Apparently it's a good substitute for the real thing if you're making peanut butter cookies. Or, maybe you could mix it with regular peanut butter.

(Or Cool Whip!)

yes it does. I'm facing the same problem. You gain muscles and lose inches at first then you start losing some real weight after some time. I am controling my food intake and I know I burn at least twice what I eat, some days even 3 times what I eat. Yesterday I was counting and I burned at least 3.5 x more calories than I ate. Don't worry about the weight on the scale. You'll notice your pants not being as tight and your muscles defined, that's the good stuff, not a number on a scale.

luz you're so cute you don't need to lose weight! Neil and I went for a walk last night around the block and we stopped when I started to freeze my azz off. My abs are still a bit sore from belly dancing but I have until Monday to recover from it. Besides this bacon talking to me and telling me to eat it I'm doing pretty good today. For breakfast I had 3 pieces of the ready to eat canadian bacon which only has 60 cals and it sure seemed like a lot of meat, half of an english muffin & some egg whites. Then I was badish when I ate the real bacon but since I only had 2 pieces I'm not going to be mad at myself. I brought lots of low cal snacks with me today because yesterday I waited too late to eat my lunch and I couldn't stop eating in the afternoon. For lunch I bought a cheapy like $1 Michelina's lean gourmet pizza to try.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.
