Just opened up a can of tuna. I love tuna in a can. I buy lots so I never have an excuse of what to eat.

Yes they are in water. One time I accidentally picked up a can that was in oil and was thoroughly disgusted when I flipped the can around to drain it.

Yes they are in water. One time I accidentally picked up a can that was in oil and was thoroughly disgusted when I flipped the can around to drain it.

good. It's good protein for you :thumbs: . I never buy in oil, not even when I'm not dieting.

Yeah I had bought it at a time when I was not watching my weight. Yuck! Oh and I absolutely love fish...I recently tried swordfish and it was quite good.

Aren't there any places where you can get them "fresh"? We ge ours at the Aisan supermarket we go to. They have eel in big water tanks...it's really fun for my son when we go there.

I thought "bach" was a name of a store or restaurant :blush: Oh you can totally get them cleaned and all that jazz. I wouldn't have a clue on how to clean them either...well it's more like I wouldn't want to...
