Am I the only one whose red light food is peanut butter? I totall lose control on that

And Nizzy, a good way for you to never be hungry is to eat all the time. Not kidding, but if every 2 hours you have a healthy snack you won't ever be hungry and jump on a huge plate of fattening food.

I'm a peanut butter lover too nessa! Once I start I cannot stop. I love the stuff.

I agree I've been trying to eat a healthy snack every few hours but towards the end of the day I run out of healthy snacks  by the time I get home I want to eat everything. I need more snacks. I eat so much sugar free jello it's scary

I just realized that after all my struggles. I always thought my tummy grumbling was a good thing and that it meant I was losing weight. Wow, every two hours...I didn't know that.

I can't have more than one or two spoonfuls of peanut butter. But peanut butter cups? Oh I can't devour one after another.

Nessa and Amber, has either of you tried this stuff called Better 'n Peanut Butter? I picked some up at Trader Joe's yesterday. I haven't tried it yet (I like peanut butter, but it's not my biggest weakness), but I've read good things about it.

My weaknesses are beer and cheese.

I haven't tried it but let me know if it's good because I'm going to Indianapolis in a few weeks and plan on bringing a massive cooler with me and hitting up Trader Joes for lots of items.

never tried it, is it good? I absolutely love beer and cheese, but when I'm dieting I can easily not buy nor eat them. They're a huge no no. At least beer, no alcohol whatsoever, they don't go with dieting, I can't lose weight having empty calories. Cheese I manage to eat the low fat stuff and at most twice a week and very little of it.

Now peanut butter, I'm like lying in bed watching tv thinking of it, then i go to the kitchen, grab one spoon and back to the bedroom, then back to the kitchen, another full spoon, back to the bedroom. Then I'm like well, I started it fu** it, I go back to the kitchen, grab the PB jar and back to the bedroom. Then I feel guilty :(

it's supposed to make your metabolism work faster, i can't really explain in english.

nessa at least you can get a little exercise going back for it a spoonful at a time

yup :thumbs::lol: :lol:

one of the things I try to do when on a diet is not watching tv in the living room, cuz the kitchen is right there and it's way easier for me to keep going there on commercials. It takes more effort from the bedroom :P

http://www.betternpeanutbutter.com/

is that the one? your link doesn't work. I clicked on store locator and they have 3 stores close, maybe next time I go to KC i'll get some. Let me know if they taste good, cuz the one low fat I buy has 180 cal/2tbsp, this one is supposed to have only 100, that would be great!

Nessa our house is 4 floors and I normally watch TV in the basement on the big screen so if I need to use the toilet I actually walk all the way to the top floor to use it. the only time I don't do that is if I'm about to pee myself cos I waited so long for a commercial or something

my younger sister, my mom, neil, & my stepdad but my mom and stepdad are normally at our cabins about an hour away or working so it's more like neil, my sis & I. it's a nice set up. I'm trying to live with them for 2yrs so I can pay off my student loans. all our income is going towards those so they're gone for good in about a year. I hate debt

My school loan debt keeps me awake at night.

I just had some popcorn and a full glass of water. It's amazing how water can keep me full.
