Hmm - eggplant... can't say I have ever tried it like that - does it go crispy or soggy?!?! And is that 198cal for the whole thing or for each slice?

Sounds interesting I must say... when I have had it in the past mum has cooked it and it has been bland soggy mush...

Well I did ####### this morning eating cold pizza for breakfast and what not BUT I had a 100 cal pack, a fiber one bar & a campbells soup at hand...I brought a south beach pizza but I'm feeling pretty satisfied right now so I won't eat it unless I start to get hungry

I should take my own advice when I say this: Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up. Just continue the rest of your day by making healthy choices like you did and are continuing to do. That is something to be admired. Instead of being like "bleh I messed up so let me eat ####### the rest of the day cause it doesn't matter" (like I do all the time), you got over it. Good for you :thumbs:

Oh dear... i do that pretty much every weekend... :blush:

and yes, it can get spongy, and you can add some drops of lime, that'll help with the bitterness :thumbs:

i got all dressed to go to the gym then i didn't go. what is wrong with me?!?!!? :rolleyes: i used to LOVE going!

yup, try it. I love garlic, so I put lots of garlic on it, i mean LOTS!! and after they bake they are crunchy, yum, so good.

That's why I don't want to join a gym because I think that I will end up not going. Hubby tells me to go with him but I really want an environment that is catered more to women. Oh God I am just making excuses...

actually i really like it (no, not because I'm checking out those hot lean muscles men have lol) but because there are less woman for me to be comparing myself and I feel good about myself by not being less hot than a bunch of women.

I went once when I was in Chicago. The only gym really close by is Curves. Is it more for older women.

oh yeah, when I make rice I use bunches of garlic, like a bulb, or like 10 cloves at least :P
