That sounds really good, let me know how it is. I've been wanting to try one for a bit but am skeptical about the taste. I hate buying something, bringing it in for lunch, and then it's absolutely disgusting. I end up hungry and mad.

I'm going to try one of these lean cuisine chicken club paninis for lunch. I am going to add a small can of mushrooms to it though. extra veggies and all

i always wanted to try one of those paninis, sounds delicious.

Rey eats them for dinner like every other night. I had a beef one once and didn't like it, but Rey seems to love all of them.

Well the panini was good but it didn't get as crispy as I would have liked. I'll probably try a different one next week. I wouldn't add mushrooms unless they're fresh. I just ate those on the side because they turned out to be #######. haha

One thing I've been willing to say that I remember every morning while doing it is to drink a huge glass of water first thing in the morning or whenever you're feeling hungry. It's good for you :thumbs:

Or herbal tea - I find that tends to be quite good - I live off of it in work - camomile, peppermint, fennel... I drink twinings here in the UK but you can get Celestial Seasonings there which do some awesome teas :D

Good morning :)

I lost about 170+ pounds with weight watchers about 10 years ago. I've been on Good Morning America, Discovery Health Channel...several magazines...etc. I have a personal website and forum with thousands of members. No gimmicks...I sell nothing and earn nothing for it. I just share my experiences and what has/has not helped me. It was a way for me to stay connected to others who fight the fight! Sorta like what i'm doing here now! ;)

Perhaps you can find some helpful recipes or ideas... there are also challenges on the message board you may be interested in for short term goals. Feel free to bring the ideas back here if you like.
