For me it is that I can't have any type of sugary treat in moderation. It sets me off and I eat cookie after cookie of I end up eating the whole King Size bar or like more than a couple mini size choclates. I just need to give it up all together. I have no self control when it comes to sweet things.

Ok - I sense a weight loss counselling session!!!! I find that I tend to do that as well so when I am being good I cut things out altogether. Thing is a couple years ago I lost over 20lbs through sticking to a weightwatchers diet and now I can't seem to stick to anything and it is purely down to stress eating... Now I either need to find a way of dealing with the stress or find another way to deal with the eating!!!

I feel the same way. I used to be able to stick to my diets. I gave up meat for 2 years! I lost a ton of weight. Then I started to incorporate meat back in to my diet and things went downhill from there.

I started to incorporate chocolate... Ok - so how can we fight this massive lack of motivation and willpower?! I know how to eat properly I just can't do it right now!!!

do any of you have those resistance things that are like big rubber bands? i saw this lady using them on the today show this morning and am wondering if I should get some

i got some for my physical therapy last year and they work well. make sure to get the stronger ones. they can be loose or tight and the loose ones are way too easy!

I have changed my entire work out routine.

I was working out for just 30 minutes a day before Christmas. But I wasn't really getting anywhere. I was on the treadmill doing a light jog thinking I was really getting a good work out. But I wasn't losing any weight or feeling any better. So now I have started doing an hour a day, I watch the tyra show while I do it, it passes the time. I don't look forward to it. I don't enjoy it at all. I hate working out.

As for food, I am eating a lot of soups. I make them for myself on Sundays and eat them through the week. Its boring but its working.

Yeah - part of me is thinking that when I move I will change my lifestyle - new life, new home, new diet - it's a time for new beginnings...

Of course when I get there I will prolly end up waiting for EAD eating ben & Jerry's and sitting on the puter getting fat

you can always find a new place on the house to clean, specially if your hubster is typical male. that's what i did, I still put up a lot of fat

Good call - I think I'll be scrubbing floors, washing cars... gardening would also be good if I can bear the heat And we'll have a TV so maybe I will invest in some kind of exercisey thing that I can do while watching TV or a movie or something

Well this week its been italian wedding without the pasta.

Next week I am thinking of making a vegetable soup.
