I did ellitpical all last week and definitely felt the strain in the back of my thighs this weekend. It was a nice feeling.

A couple of girls I worked with got them and they liked them. However, they just didn't keep up with doing them and I'm sure they are collecting dust in the garage now. :(

I'm going to start getting back into the gym regularly this week! My 2nd job is near a gym that I belong to...it's too far from my house to go just for the gym, but after work, it'll be perfect.

I had joined another gym that was closer to my house, but I just put a freeze on the membership...

Oh I had the most awful weekend of stress-eating... ok so it wasn't masses of choc or cheese or anything but I swear they don't make go ahead bars to be eaten in bulk :blush: I need to get out of this stress/comfort-eating habit... any ideas? I swear with me it is all psychological...
