Ahem. Hey on your fat percentage scales, does it have a little icon like, one is an hour glass and the other is a little ball on an upside-down triangle and you have to choose one during set-up? What the heck are those things?

BTW Lean Cuisine has a new Asian tasty dish called Hunan Beef Stir Fry. I had a taste of it earlier today and it's fabulous.

I was a bit naughty last night... not eating after 6pm/7pm sounds good though... are you still allowed juice? Like OJ? Or milk?

u can have snacks at night time but realy light snacks like veggie crackers and juice ,or nonfat milk ,sometimes i did that when i start after 6

I really like the wraps I haven't tried the frozen meals...any good? I need to come up with other stuff to bring for lunch besides leftovers from last nights dinner and soup and wraps

I have no idea what you're talking about. Mine you set your height and weight, gender, then you weight yourself and it shows body fat and body water %, muscle mass and bone mineral mass. Next time you weight it shows the previous weight. And there are 10 settings, like, if you have 10 people that want to control their weight using the same scale you can.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Mine you set your height and weight, gender, then you weight yourself and it shows body fat and body water %, muscle mass and bone mineral mass. Next time you weight it shows the previous weight. And there are 10 settings, like, if you have 10 people that want to control their weight using the same scale you can.

That sounds like my scale, but then there are also those little icons, confusing the heck out of me. On mine you also set if you are an athlete or not, and you set whatever those little symbols mean. I wonder if it's your body shape or something?

$0.02: My mother dropped 20 pounds at age 50 just by going to Curves three times a week, and inches, too. I can't recommend them enough for beginning exercisers. They'll do monthly body composition readings and measurements, too.

www.stumptuous.com is an excellent resource for people looking to add weightlifting (my preferred exercise) to their exercise routine. The site is geared towards women, but not fluffy about lifting soup cans or any such nonsense.

I like the south beach wraps. Sometimes I even put some salad in a whole wheat tortilla
