I'm pretty good at planning my day. If I plan what I'm going to eat in the a.m. I don't spend a lot of time thinking about food. Plus I make sure to have a little bit of chocolate each day. The new 3 Musketeers Mint is only 2 points so I'm happy. :)

I looked up the calories and it's 150 and only 1 gram of fiber... isn't that 3 points? I haven't done WW in like 5 years, so maybe it's changed...

I've been trying to lose weight since late September - have taken off 12 lbs. so far, hope to lose another 15-20 before May when I see my hubby again. I love Fiber 1 bars - they have 150 calories and 9 grams of fiber so they really fill you up. I think when I go see my parents for the holidays I will take a break and just maintain at that time.

fiber 1 rocks! you can grind it up and mix it with bread crumbs (or just plain) to make fake frying breading...it's pretty good. I've tried chicken strips and made homemade jalepeno poppers. Go to www.hungrygirl.com for awesome 'replacement recipes' for favorite foods. It's a great website! PLUS it calculates the points for many of the items and does a comparison to the regular recipe (makeovers!)!!!

that website again is:

A year ago I had a crazy 2 weeks, and ate donuts in the morning and fast food for dinner. I gained more than 10 pounds in 2 weeks. That's why fast food is a big no no for me now.

i lost 15 pounds in the last 5 weeks. My diet is: not eating after 7 pm

The rest of the day I eat whatever and how much I want, except meat and fast food. :)

Exercise seems to be the key for loosing weight. A diet will only control what you take in, and not what your body does with it or how it is used/stored. Eventually, the diet will end and you'll end up taking in more calories than your body needs again.

I worked for UPS for about a year as a package handler loading the trucks. During that time, I lost about 40 lbs just from the daily exercise. It was hard work, but man I'm glad I did it. I've been away from that job for about 5 months now, and taken a desk job. I gained about 6 lbs back in the first month, but since then my weight is holding steady. I'm honestly surprised I havn't gained back more, considering I don't get much time for exercise these days with classes, a 40hr desk job and my fiancee. That's still 34 lbs less than a weighed 2 years ago!

While I don't exercise as much as I should, I make a point to take the stairs everyday at work instead of the elevator, whether I'm coming or going. It's the little things adding up to make the difference. You don't have to keep a strict eating regament, but make the healthier choice for what you do eat. "You don't have to change everything, just change something"

You might be surprised what difference you'll see just by cutting the sugared soda, and taking the stairs. (or similar small changes)

I'm trying to take off baby weight...... and weight that shouldn't have been there before I was pregnant :innocent:

so far I'm doing well. I was VERY proud of myself when hubby decided to drive thru McDonald's this morning for breakfast and I came away with only coffee. (Seriously, can't they put ANYTHING on the menu for breakfast that won't kill you?)

now let's see if I can say that after this Friday's cookie exchange party...

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.

I am getting bigger everyday! :crying: I've been trying to lose weight but I don't have the motivation to do so..I used to do brisk walking for 3 hours everyday but it stop since its get cold outside. :( , with this weather its so good to just eat and snuggle , sleep , watch TV, play with the kittens and drive Gary and Robin nuts with my boredom.:P

I've been told that my weight is just right with my height , I am 4'9 ft weighing 115 lbs..so I think I need to lose inches here and there , yes that drives me crazy..before I got here my waist is 25 now its 28 :crying::crying::angry:

But really I have to , I need to for my own sake.

I will after the holidays, can't resist the food and the goodies that Gary keep serving us. :P

Yes I will insist Gary and Robin do also. We are family of big people :P

I'll join you after the holidays as well! My mom, aunts & I have already talked about our weight loss goals for the New Year. I want to lose 35lbs. I know it's quite expensive but I was thinking about trying the Nutrisystem meals has anyone tried that? One of my aunts is pregnant and the other is skinny so I don't know why they want to lose weight. I want Neil to buy me an exercise bike for Christmas. We have an elliptical trainer but after about 20 minutes my legs feel like they're going to fall off. I'll definately have to check out that hungrygirl website. Thanks for the tips everyone!

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.
