how about we start a thread to see how tall everyone is? I always picture people shorter than they turn out being.

i'm sure everyone has the wrong idea about me. :innocent:

geez I tower above everyone I'm 5'11"

I'm going to try this not after 6pm thing but I don't even get home until after 6pm so when do I eat dinner?

What time do you go to bed? If it's not until 10 or 11 then you can still eat dinner. Just try not to eat about 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed.

I drink some skim milk before I go to bed. I have to take meds and it absorbs easier with food, but milk works just fine.

I do not want to work out today. I'm going to but it'll be a lower intensity level. The back of thighs are hurting from the ellitipical but dang I like that machine.

I really love the 100 calorie snack packs. They are portioned out which really helps me control what I eat, plus I get cookies for only 2 points. Can't beat that. :) My faves are the Keebler Mini Stripe Fudge Cookies and the Grasshoppers.

It's been interesting reading the thread today!!!

Today must be Food Day in my department. A co-worker has a hook-up for Girl Scout cookies and is offering to let us get orders early. Then they decide to get pizza and someone brought in cookies for a b-day.

I'm going to have a piece of pizza but pass on everything else. Some days you just get hit with everything!

I just saw this on Yahoo, it's not sensational but may help some just getting started or trying to get back into healthier eating.

If I gained $1.00 for everytime I said no to fattening food I really wanted to have at work I'd make more money than my husband.

my scale claims my body fat is 22, which is terrible. I used to be lower than 15

22 is healthy, but lower than 15 is not. It's only barely healthy for someone in serious athletic training. You sound a little crazy/disordered Nessa!

I was in a pretty decent shape, meaning muscle shape instead of ''banha''

but I guess if I go to a low between 17-20 i'll be fine.

Body Fat Percentages Comparison Table

Fat Level Men (%) / Women (%)

Very Low 7-10 / 14-17

Low 10-13 / 17-20

Average 13-17 / 20-27

High 17-25 / 27-31

Very High above 25 / above 31
