I should consider joining this thread after my flu diet is finished. I have lost 3lbs since last Thursday. Being pointlessly nauseated will do that to you.

I am wearing my size 2 jeans today, so I guess my diet is working. It's very tight, though

I'm 171cm

they're ok. I also like quaker 90 calories chewy granola bars, they're good:

I'm going to try this not after 6pm thing but I don't even get home until after 6pm so when do I eat dinner?

you can eat when you're home, I just choose not to have carbs after a certain time if i'm in a hurry to lose weight.

oh I think I'll try the no carbs after a certain time instead. Neil and I are late dinner people. We usually don't have dinner until 9 or 10. Some nights (mainly weekends) we don't even go out to eat until midnight or 1am

nothing stops you from having lean protein or veggies/salad, etc. :thumbs:
