I worked out today and that elliptical machine gave me a run for my money. I like working out at lunch because I seem to have a bit more energy going into the 2nd part of my day.

Oooh - I haven't heard of one of those! Is it good? How does it work?!

I am defo showing the signs of an office job - when i was in uni I used to walk all over campus and it is surprising how fit that keeps you!!!

On another note - have been pretty good with my eatingness - lots of fruit, cereal if I *have* to snack (not the sugary rubbish - decent stuff) and a good evening meal with veggies... now if I can lose 20lbs before next month I will be happy!

Ohh - it looks kinda like a running machine... I'm prolly missing something but I'm in work so have the window really teensy!! My OH and I are both going to join a gym together when I move out there - am hoping it will keep me occupied and fit while I wait for EAD

In the meantime though... I don't know - I just can't motivate myself to exercise! I am soo lazy

I start my diet and workout last Dec 31 , its not there yet with my target weight and lose inches but I am happy with the result after 9 days..

Dec 31 .............. Jan 09 ' 08

Weight - 118 lbs ............. 115 lbs

Waist - 32 ............. 30

Hips - 35 ............. 34

Woot!!

I am tempted with the left-over chocolates and cookies though..., ... but I'm not gonna eat them...

Ok today my goal was not to have any candy, because this office is full of chocolate treats. You know how one hear and one there can add up.

I walk into the kitchen and there is a plate of cookies and fudge just like it is Christmas all over again. aaaahhhhh

I said"mmmm maybe you should bring Elijah (son) a couple of pieces home". I said to myself "yeah right the closer they are the harder to resist.

I did not take one. Now I hope the disappear shortly.

Today we all will make healthy decisions and be more active then usual.

Ahh Well so far today I have eaten a tub of pineapple and a bowl of crunchy bran with milk. I have had two cups of herbal tea and one coffee from the machine in work which is like 20 cals or something... there is a mini choc one of my colleagues gave me on Friday calling to me though... was just going to have a coffee and scoff it but came here and figured that maybe the guilt would kill me

yeah that's not exactly the same they have at the gym, the ones they have you can put in a hill that you can feel your knees up there, know what i mean?

my eating is slim today. I woke up at 8:49 and I'm supposed to be here at 9 so I didn't really have time to eat anything. Then I was super busy making stuff because I was here alone and had this big group that I just now was able to sit down for more than 2-3 mins and I don't even know what to eat. I did drink a yoplait yogurt smoothie.
