good point jen! we're having fajitas tonight! I plan on cooking the chicken breast in no oil and using whole wheat tortillas. I'm going to use extra peppers, onions and tomato so I don't eat as much meat.

That sounds delicious. I'm a making a 'pizza potato'. Basically a potato with tomato sauce and mozarella on it. Plus a fruit and then for dessert I'm having Fig Newtons and some sugar free pudding. Those are all WW suggestions for meals. Sounds good to me and frankly not to hard to cook.

Sugar free pudding with sugar free cool whip is a staple dessert for me. I get my chocolate in and it's only about 3 points. Absolutley wonderful.

I've decided to work out on my lunch hour. I'm pretty lucky that my company has an on site gym so I can use it whenever I want. That's a good perk of being owned by a doctor. :)

I haven't done anything bad so far, except skip gym Saturday, but I was up since like 7:30 and cleaning the house, I was kind of tired already by the time I was supposed to go to the gym.

Yesterday I went to the dentist so I was going to skip gym but then it was something simple and I didn't need that anesthesic whatever thingy, so I had no excuse not to go to the gym, so I went

Ok ladies... today is the big weigh in. I hope the results show my effort of living a healthy lifestyle.

I will check back in after 1:00 pm North eastern time.

I have been drinking the slim fast shakes out of convenience. I enjoy then.

i love the taste of them, but they're too caloric and they don't make me less hungry, so I only have high protein vanilla one on weekends.

I made a yummy breakfast burrito with egg whites & turkey sausage this morning on a whole wheat tortilla. It was so yummy! I bought one of those south beach pizzas for lunch I will try it in a little bit

I am soooo going to steal that recipe for tomorrow morning. Yoinks!

COOL! I've been eating Fiber One cereal so many days in a row I needed a change in breakfast before I went crazy! Plus, I absolutely love eggs. Any suggestions for a quick dinner tonight? I have some thin sliced pork loin in the fridge at home thawing.

mmmm pork loin rules! yummy. I don't have any good suggestions, I would either grill and have some of those tiny potatoes baked or I'd make a bean soup and put the pork in it oink!!

yum jerk pork sounds good. I think I have some jerk seasoning or marinade at home too. Will call hubby and have him look into it. as for too much fiber I haven't had any issues eating the cereal for breakfast.
