My husband lost the AOS fee bill for 70USD what he only has is the envelope...I know that we have to send the letter back to the them because of the barcode but since it's lost what will we do? Can we just send the check using their envelope? Is this ok? or acceptable? Thanks.

Hi,

You have a couple of options. You can use James's shortcuts and create your own AOS fee bill if you want to, just follow this link http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...ost&p=31097 and scroll down until you see AOS fee bill portion, follow the instructions for making the barcode etc.

Or you can just send it in with a cover letter explaining that you lost the form. Be sure to include your case number and the beneficiaries full name and date of birth in the letter.

Yes, I would use james shortcut 2.0 (I personally used it, it was pretty straight forward). But, if it makes you feel better talk to NVC agent they should be able to resend the AOS bill again.
