I-129F Question 12

What dates I shoud write on "Q12 of Date authorized stay expired, or will expire as shown I-94 or I-95"?

I arrive U.S. 11/05/2007. I will return to Japan 12/16/2007.

I should wirte date of 90day from 11/05/2007 or date I return to Japan?

My fiance was with me when we submitted the K-1 packet and we wrote "90 days from entry" and we had no problems.

Did you attach a letter about " I got engage after I enter U.S. and I will go back my country within 90 days"??

I did. but I am worry about a littele. but now I've already been in Japan.

To approve will be late by staying in U.S. when I do paperwork of I-129F ?? Is it illegal thing?
