Help...aff.of support---i wont have a job during her interview

Hi all. I have a problem, right now I have a job but my contract ends next month ,but after I submit the I-129F and then my fiancee goes to interview I won't have a job, because I know I have to see her in her country and I really don't

have a job from next month to whenever she got interviews.

Would the interviewing officer look at my current status only?

I have around 30k a year for the last 3 years and money in the bank PLUS a co-sponsor.

Plezase let me know anything, ideas...

Now, you might say I need to get a job, but that I will do, only after I see her for 3 months, march - june,

and then i WILL find a job....

If your co-sponsor meets the 125% poverty guidelines, I don't think you have to worry.

May 10, 2008 -------> Biometrics appt date received

May 28, 2008 -------> Biometrics for EAD & AoS

Jun 11, 2008 -------> AoS case transferred to CSC

Jul 05, 2008 -------> AP Approval

Jul 09, 2008 -------> EAD approval

Jul 14, 2008 -------> EAD and AP received

Jul 17, 2008 -------> AoS approved (card production ordered)

I wouldn't worry about this. You said you have 3 years of over 30K work, you'll have your tax receipts for this. As well, you have a co-sponsor? Not to worry.
