Step 1: I-130 NOA1 Issue Time --> Filing date to I-130 NOA1 Date
**** NOTE: K3 Visa Applicants only need the Receipt notice (NOA1) and then they may proceed to step 3. I-130 approval (NOA2) is not required to move to step 3!
Step 2: I-130 Processing Time at Service Centers --> I-130 NOA1 to NOA2 (Approval) Time
Step 3: I-129F Processing Time at Service Centers for K3 Visas --> I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 (Approval) Time
Step 4: I-129F Approval Time (NOA2) until NVC Receives (time it takes to ship and receive approved I-129F)
Step 5: I-129F Processing Time at the NVC
Step 6: Time from NVC Approval of I-129F until Embassy receives the petition (time it takes to ship and receive approved I-129F)
Step 7: Embassy K-3 Visa Processing Time (receives petition until issues visa)
