3-5 hours. No waiting area at Consulate. There is a waiting area across the street but lacks seating. Many vendors, taxis,etc asking for your business. There is an internet store, restaurants, shops around the corner and restuarants across the street. |

As of February 2008, a current passport photo has to be attached to the photo copy of beneficary's passport. This in addition to the 4 for the interview. |
