for New Medical Center AUH ( X-Ray will cost AED125 + Blood Lab 50AED) + Vaccination (VACC (if no record) & Physical Test = AED600) Total = AED775 the required by US Law is 3 ..if you have not yet experienced having chickenpox - you need to have vaccination which costs AED 240)
For New Medical Center Dubai - Physical AED350, Xray AED125, Blood work AED50, Vaccinations AED340 (DT AED 100, MMR AED120 (course 1 of 3), Flu AED120). Total AED865. We had to request the vaccinations, the doctor said they are not necessary for a K-1, and my fiance had to sign that we requested. They Require 5 regular passport size photos. Mideast Polyclinic Dubai never answered their phone. |
