This email also contains a link to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ae/niv where you set up a profile and schedule your interview, the embassy no longer schedules the interview dates. On this site you will also be required to pay the visa fee before you can schedule the interview. |

for New Medical Center AUH ( X-Ray will cost AED125 + Blood Lab 50AED) + Vaccination (VACC (if no record) & Physical Test = AED600) Total = AED775 the required by US Law is 3 ..if you have not yet experienced having chickenpox - you need to have vaccination which costs AED 240)
For New Medical Center Dubai - Physical AED350, Xray AED125, Blood work AED50, Vaccinations AED340 (DT AED 100, MMR AED120 (course 1 of 3), Flu AED120). Total AED865. We had to request the vaccinations, the doctor said they are not necessary for a K-1, and my fiance had to sign that we requested. They Require 5 regular passport size photos.
