NVC sends it to petitioner in the USA 2-4 weeks before interview. Embassy sends it the to beneficiary in Turkey several days to a few weeks before interview. Packet 4 contains 1)Interview date and time 2) Instructions for interview 3) Appointment letter 4) Instructions for the medical and names of available doctors.

not long, especially intervies is early in the day. Plan to be ther 3 hours. |

Vaccination requirements? |
Beneficiary should bring "vaccination records" with them to the medical examination in order to help the physician determine what vaccinations are necessary. However, if the vaccination record is not available, the physician will work with you to determine which vaccinations you may need to meet the requirements. |

Be sure to email the embassy in advance to let them know if you would like to attend the interview as well. Ask they reply with something stating this your doing this would be possile. Some USC have had difficulty and only been allowed in due to having an email reply like this. |
