Additional Info? The embassy sends the packets via TTPost which is a very unreliable service, so it may be wise to call and schedule to physically pick up your documents at the security gate. We've been waiting three weeks so far and no packet (picked up another packet from embassy after learning they sent packets through TTPost) so heed this advice.
