apx $140 plus whatever vaccinations but expect to actually spend more. One doctor assigned but he/she sends you all over town and you bring the paper work back to him/her
As of 09-18-10 medical fee is $185 regardless if you bring your own vaccination records. Be prepared to be sent by the doctor to a different lab for blood test, and another clinic for the X-Ray.

The Police Certificate is not required at the NVC stage, but it will be asked for at the interview. I was never advised of this, but I emailed the US Embassy about 4 weeks prior to my interview asking what else was needed and they told me to bring an updated Police Certificate. If I hadn't perhaps we would've been put on hold until we provided the document.
