As of April 1, 2009 the Remedika Hospital in Skopje, Macedonia and EuroMed Klinika in Pristina, Kosovo are the new panel physicians for the U.S. Embassy. All immigrant visa applicants should schedule their appointments for the required medical exam with one of the panel physicians. After April 1, 2009, examinations may no longer be completed at the IOM clinics in Skopje and Pristina.

Vaccination requirements? |
None if K-1 visa; however the consulate recommends that you get all the required vaccination documents based upon recommendations from the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security. If IR1-CR1, you need all vaccinations, which the medical clinic will tell you about. |

Attention Kosovo residents: You need a Kosovo police certificate. UNMIK doesn't give them anymore. Make sure its from the police, not the court house. If you live somewhere else outside of Kosova 1 year or more then you need a police certificate from that country. You will not need an Apostille's Seal. Make sure you bring evidence to the interview (photos, videos of ceremony if any, etc.) |
