need:- birth certificate of the non us fiance'.
-Police record from the "russian court" police station (must state at the station the record is to be sent to the consulate for a visa- bring along the passport and 3 israely passport style pics- working hours from 9 am till 3 pm)
takes about 2-3 weeks to send to the consulate so do it as soon as your case leaves the NVC!
- visa fees to be payed by mail (keep the receipt!!!-you'll need it)
-2 American style passport pics on a white backround
-I-134 Affidavit of support noterised coppy!!! (with a coppy of the us fiance' and if there is- the joint sponsor's coppy of passport)
all papers that are not in Hebrew or english must be translated and notarised.
