Cost of basic medical examination: USD 88.00 for adults and USD 88.00 for children under age of 14) The cost of medical examination does not include vaccination fee, VAT or other applicable taxes, if any.

For attending the interview the USC spouse/fiance' should write an email to the embassy, requesting the permission and asking for your name to be put on the entry list for the day of the interview. But even if you are granted the access, the unexpected can happen and your name will be not on the list. That happened to me. We had to wait at the check point, while the guards were calling the office to make use I( the spouse) can be let in. |
