Forms to Consulate? All immigration forms (see below), supporting evidence, and medical forms should be brought to the embassy. Medical results will be delivered to the Embassy following the exam.

Also only the beneficiary is allowed to go inside the Medical facility. The wait could be several hours, so plan accordingly if you are bringing someone along with you.

*You DO NOT NEED to take passport pictures to your Medical Appt. They will do it there for you.
How many Passport Photo's Required for the medical? 1
How many Passport Photo's Required at the interview? 2
Estimated waiting time at the consulate on the day of interview? Time varies. Most couples are out in 2 - 5 hours.
Vaccination requirements? If you are applying for a K or V visa, vaccines are optional. However, it is often more convenient if you are vaccinated while still in the Dominican Republic.
