List of required documents:
- valid passport
- birth certificate (original + copy)
- copy of your Fiance passport
- divorce certificate (original + copy)
- police report from all countries you lived for more than 12 months
- 2 photographs 2x2 inches
- medical exam report (they send instructions)
- DS-160 (confirmation page with the barcode) https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
- intent to marry within 90 days -only K-1 Visa
- Affidavit of Support I-134 (+IRS Transcripts)
- The fee $265,00 or equivalent in Czech Crowns - I recommend to pay in advance through ustraveldocs and bring the confirmation page
All documents have to be translated into English.
The interviews are being scheduled through UStraveldocs.com so create a profile and fill it out to be able to schedule. You're only allowed to schedule once the embassy actually received the petition. As of 2022 they e-mail the petitioner stating they received the visa with the Interview and Medical Information attached. |
