Additional Info? |
Plan on taking drinks and snacks with you the day of the interview. If you don't take any, there is a concession stand available once inside the Embassy. Cases are called at random, so plan on being there the entire day. Petitioners, be sure to take your passport and driver's licenses with you to the interview if you will be present there.
Plan on getting there early, lines seem to form early on. Leave things like cameras (even the ones on cell phones) at home or in your car because they will not let them in and no lockers or check in are provided.
The consulate states that it is a good idea to take originals AND copies of any documentation that you provided. Typically, the embassy will keep the copies on file and return the originals to you. |
