My fiancee had a scheduled appointment with the US Embassy in Mosacow on June 23, 2006, but nit was cancelled because of the new ruling that President Bush signed on January 5, 2006. All interviews with the US Embassies were cancelled until the new form is sent, signed, and returned to the USCIS. I am waiting for this RFE form for ovder a month and I would just like to know when will I receive the RFE form? This form will hold up the entire re-scheduling interview process and will cause longer delays for my finacce to meet with the US Embassy.
