Affidavit of support as a student

Hey everybody, I'm sorry to make a new topic just for this but I haven't seen anything addressing it in any of my reading or on the forums.

My fiance and I have just started the K1 process. We're both 22 and in our last year of college. I've got a part time job which definately provides an insubstantial salary, not too much in assets, but my mother has already agreed to be a co sponsor for the affidavit. Her salary and assets are well over the requirements so that's all good, but I'm worried about my trivial, part-time, and temporary employment since I'm a student yet supposed to be the "main" financial supporter.

Has anybody ever seen this situation? I don't even know what documentation of my years' salaries I could get; I've never made enough to file taxes in the first place. We're not deadbeats, just we haven't graduated and struck out yet.

Thanks a lot for any advice. VJ's really been a lifesaver already in this whole application process. You guys rock.

Summer 2001 - met my Scottish boy

December 18th, 2007 - proposal in Madrid's Botanical Gardens with a duck standing behind him going 'food?'

January 18th, 2008 - I-129F sent to VSC

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

Yes, we see this question a couple times a week. Looks like you have it covered. You and your mother will fill out, sign, and have notarized separate I-134 forms and get them to your fiance in time for the interview.

Oh  Okay awesome. Sorry I was being redundant then xD It just seems insulting to the government to even fill out the form in the first place, wanna just scrawl 'ARE YOU KIDDING I'M JUST A KID' all over it and send it in.

Thanks guys!
