Question 18 supplement

He everyone..Couple questions pertaining to question 18 on the i-129f.. I've made my supplemental statement. I didn't include too many personal details -I mentioned we first talked online in 2002 and said that we basically met prior to the 2 year point and then mainly focused on the last 2 years by giving the dates of my trips to be with my fiancee. That should suffice right? Since they only care about the last 2 years and dont really care about prior years? Should any details of engagement be included or doesn't it really mater?

Now what do I title it? Since its just a declaration, I dont need to do it in letter form, but what should be typed across the top or leading into the statement?

Thanks everyone. I know it must seem like im testing your patience ;)

That sounds adequate to me, though I don't think it would hurt to throw in all your trips that you've taken. I just titled mine Question 18 Supplemental Statement, or something to that effect.

Our intent to marry was also our answer to how did you meet. We combined the both and it was 1 page in total. Here's a copy of ours:

K1 Fiancée Visa Petition of

Robert x. Xxxx, on behalf of

Amanda X. Xxxxx

Being duly sworn, I, Robert X. Xxxxx, declare:

I am the petitioner named above. I am a citizen of the United States, having been born in Xxxxx, XX on (date). I live at (U.S address).

It is my intention to marry Amanda X. Xxxx within ninety days of her arrival in the United States on a K-1 fiancé visa. In fact, we are planning the wedding for (date), so I hope this petition will be approved in time for us to keep these wedding plans.

I met Amanda through a friend that I work with at Xxxx in Limerick, Ireland in July, 2004. We instantly hit it off and began to see each other frequently. It was evident that this was going to be a long term relationship and we are very happy together and can’t wait to get married.

I proposed to Amanda this year on (date) while at dinner and she happily accepted. I met Amanda’s parents last year and have spent many hours at their house. Both her mother and father have given us their blessing to get married and for Amanda to live her life with me in America. Amanda’s parents and I get along great and we have been to numerous hurling matches and dinners together.

As evidence that my fiancée, Amanda and I have met each other in person and are getting married because we love each other, I am attaching several snapshots taken of us together in Ireland this year. Some of the photos are with her family at their house in Clare, as well as some others of the two of us around the Limerick area.

We called it a question 18 or 19 supplement and put itin letter form, listed the evidence attached.

We only listed the last 4 trips for which we were including evidence.

I'm assuming this is sufficient, but we only just filed, so I couldn't say for sure! If you have engagement details/evidence, I would certainly include them.
