From what I have read in this site, yes you need to pay P650 to Delbros. It is even suggested that payment should be made 2 weeks before the interview.

*******************************************

By the way, I need suggestions please. I paid P650 for Delbros today. Had deposited that amount at Metrobank this morning. I tried to send text messages to Delbros but haven't received any confirmation yet. Had sent more than a dozen text messages already. I use all capital letters and I even tried sending it in two format based on the example in the pdf file from USEM. Anybody have an idea at all? I mean I already followed the procedure, but no reply from their end.

How long should I wait to receive a confirmation from them? And anybody knows about the contact number of Delbros? Please....

Thank you very much!

Sha

Hello everyone!

I paid the document verification fee at Metrobank today. I texted DELBROS and this is their reply:

Your text message has been received. We are currently verifying the information you have sent. Thank you! Delbros Delivers!

:)

So I am now waiting for the confirmation of the deposit I made. I should have it by tomorrow. ;)

Jyz,

Try using Chikka. You should have at least gotten conformation that they were processing it.

Just keep trying and make sure to be exact with there format. Like all capps and a comma after the last name.

Good luck Jyz

thanks Tim! :):star:

I am confused a little.

last jan7 that I texted them I received this message:

Your text message has been received. We are verifying the information you have sent. Thank You! Delbros Delivers!

and now, I am waiting for a text message like this (the one that a fellow vjer received)

This is to acknowledge the deposit you made. We confirm your payment to the document verificationas required by the US Embassy. Thank You! Delbros Delivers!

I am waiting for a message like that. A confirmation of the deposit that I made. They did not send me anything like that.:(

Yes, I think you need to call them. I experience the same thing but I called them the next day I made my payment coz I also didn't receive a confirmation. I followed Beng_and_Carl's advice. I called Delbros and looked for Ms. Allen. I received the confirmation the day after I made the call.

Good luck! Hope you'll get your confirmation soon.

i suggest to pay the delbros P650 payment 3 weeks before your interview coz the immigrant visa unit told me that the document verification takes 2-3 weeks especially for late registered birth certificates.
