All forms sent out by the consulate need to be filled out by the beneficiary, the person getting the visa, only exception is the I-134 affidavit of support, that is filled out and provided by the person providing the support (usually the petitioner).

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Since the OF-167 is related to the I-134, the petitioner would sign it.

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Getting our sanity tested by bureaucracy since 2007.
