Nope, just passport with visa, and brown envelope, the x-ray is not taken by or looked at by the POE officer, it was used by the medical personnel before visa issuance to look for evidence of TB.

Note CR-1 visa holder does not need to fill out the I-94 card, I-94 is for NON-Immigrants, not Immigrants.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

  • 2 weeks later...
u mean i-551 stamp at the port of the entry?

CFO stamping is for Filipinos only who are leaving the Philippines..

As far as I know CFO stamping is not even checked on the POE..

CFO stamping is checked on the Philippine Immigration inside NAIA. If in the case there is no CFO stamp on the traveler's passport.. The traveler would be deny of travel without this CFO stamp.

ONLY FOR PHILIPPINES!!
