Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

Have a great weekend as well all!!! I'm working for all of it so I won't be around much. :)

I used to work on weekends for several years when I was working in the hotel industry, so I know what you're talking about. But the good thing is that you get to take off when everybody else has to work. That makes shopping a lot more fun without being elbowed during the weekend rushes. ;)

Anyway, have a good one, whenever it may be!

Hello all, I am Flor I have not found any november filers thread yet so i decided to join here, We filed our petition last november 17 and got our NOA1 november 29, And was last updated 20th of december... Goodluck to all of us guys...

Its the 63rd days now since we filed our petition and were still counting... Take care everyone!!!

May 21 2008 Delbros confirmed receiving payment

Can't recall everything that went on but...

We're at the process where we will have an interview for my wife 10 year visa. My wife already have her 2 years condition green card and her Social Security #.

I was touched 3 days after my NOA1 date...but nothing since

Keep your hopes up, October filers are getting approved. Just think...November then US!

Also, I checked my timeline and they adjusted my estimated date and now it is two weeks earlier...so keep smiling. :D

No touches so far this year, but I didn't really expect anything yet either. We were 'touched' on December 17, ten days after sending in our petition. Nothing since. Guess this is all about patience. October 29, 2007- NOA1 hardcopy arrives!

February 5, 2008- NOA2!

April 23, 2008- Medical

April 22, 2008- Interview!

April 26, 2008- POE Edmonton

June 5, 2008- Legal wedding

October 11, 2008- Wedding ceremony with family

AOS

December 6, 2008- AOS package mailed

December 8, 2008- Package received

December 15, 2008- Check cashed! WOOHOO!

December 22, 2008- All 3 NOA1's received

January 5, 2009- I-485 transferred to CSC. Here's hoping for no interview!

January 14, 2009- Biometrics

February 23, 2009- EAD and AP received in the mail, dated Feb 14th.

April 23, 2009- Welcome to the United States Letter arrives. Card to follow.

June 1, 2009- GC received in mail. Approval date 04/09/09

Done with USCIS until 04/2011!

One or the other of us tends to check at least once a day, although with CSC it's unlikely we'll see any movement before spring on our case. As long as we get NOA2 by June I won't complain... although it would be lovely to get it in May instead :)
