Timeline

I've heard of that happening. You could make an InfoPass appointment to check on it. The 1-800 number seems to be pretty worthless so I wouldn't bother with them.

You could also try going to the first biometrics appointment and take both notices with you.

Do both notices have the same biometrics code? Are they for the same ASC?

I have heard of it. I wouldn't worry about it, if they are scheduled at the same time go to the first and with both letters.

thanks that helps I actually have a 12pm apt and a 3p. Will go 12pm with both letters

they are both from ACS, One with code 3 for 12pm and one with code 2 for 3pm. Whats an ifo pass, i tried calling the 1800 number but it didnt do me no good. Thanks so much for your response. Do you know what the codes mean

Hi, try checking your application number. Look at all the notices that they sent you. I read someone having this experience and she found out that the application numbers in the 2 letters form USCIS were not the same. You should call the attention of the USCIS if this is the case so that you'll only have 1 application number. Good luck.
