NOA1 Received

Hello Everyone,

I noticed on several updates that some of you have stated that after the NOA1 was received you show

a date when your documents were "touched". How do you know this?

My NOA1 was received on 10/22/07

I have looked on the USCIS website..all I see is the generic update.

IS THERE A WAY TO SEE IF MY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN "TOUCHED"?

With your receipt number you can sign up and then will be able to monitor all your 'touches'

My 129F was received on 10/23/2007 and I get the same generic update also. I started a online account account the day I received the NOA1 and nothing has every changed for the update status so not sure how this happens

Ok, that is the same for me...I even have received a weekly email from USCIS and when I check it, only the same data with my NOA1 date. Just seemed that other people on this forum were able to see "touches" and still not sure how that really happens..

I received my NOA1 on July 26 and just received and email last night saying that my case was approved. This was the only update I got in 4 months. I would check the website almost everyday, and it would always say pending. So no worries...
