Came back from work now and voila!

They are requesting more evidence as indicated on the USCIS website. Hopefully it would be something that I can provide ASAP. I cant even imagine what it is. Dont know whether to cry or to moan. Lord help me. Would love to know how soon after sending the rfe, can I expet to see an approval. Thanks y'all

Unfortunately, its a slight delay. Once you send the RFE back it will take approx. 6 to 8 weeks response for the decision. As long as you send EXACTLY what they ask you will receive your approvals. Best of luck.

You should be hearing very shortly on a response from USCIS. The RFE states 60 days for their decision but, you should receive the decision very shortly. Have you contacted them? Best of luck to you...

Kim just had this happen, so this is the latest view. Nerdette had an RFE around the same time (i think) as Kim and is still waiting. So apparently at the current time it takes 6-8 weeks. They will tell you in the RFE letter that you should expect a decision 60 days after they receive your reply and resume processing. Historically, people have received approval in about 2 weeks after processing resumed, but now they are apparently taking the full 60 days.
