Do I Need My American Fiance's Original Birth Certificate and divorce decree when l have my interview in Colombia?

The USC didn't make a copy of the petition and all documents? Are you saying the USC sent in originals with the K-1 petition? You will need court certified divorce papers of the USC for the consulate.

The ones my fiance acquired already was sent off to CSC with the 129F!!!. Whan can l do????????????????

If the originals were submitted with the intial petition the entire petition will be forwarded to you embassy.

However it's still a good idea to have other originals in hand when you attend the interview.

If you don't have any! Get some as you will need them when you get to the US later.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
