*January 24 2006 - mailed in I129-F petition

*January 25 2006 - I129-F received at CSC

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

*May 15 2006 - NVC received petition today!

*May 17 2006 - Case left NVC today!!

*May 30 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Vancouver!

*May 30 2006 - Faxed back Packet 3!!

*June 6 2006 - Received packet 4!

I don't know. I thought I found a way around using the website by calling the 800 number because the FAQ says it's the same info. WRONG! At least not exactly anyway. It doesn't tell you when it was last updated or "touched". I know when my petition was received I don't need to check that every day :wacko: I need to know if they are looking at it :crying:

I've been looking for tech support on the site too but I can't find it and it says you can only send emails to ask about two specific questions. Neither of which is related to this in anyway. Wonder why I can acces any other page on their site except the login page???? Is that what everyone else is getting too?

Im still able to log in since yesterday. Use the 1800 number to check status. I was away lastnight (house was fumigated and couldnt have the kids here so went to dads) and while i was gone i just called the 800 number over and over and over and over :)

but i can log into the site now too.

no no news yet :crying: nothing nothing nothing. Im so frustrated. The only thing I got is when I emailed the CSC the same day you did, i got an email saying "The system states your petition is under active process and is with an officer." ive been getting this same answer for almost a month. Maybe they are teaching my adjudicator how to read. :blink:

This is hilariously funny to me. Do you realize that the VJ folks are the only ones that can see the humor in this? I couldn't get on this afternoon and when the got the site fixed we got touched on every app we had pending with them.

This is getting out of control.... I don't know how much more I can take... I need to see that nothing has been done on my case every day!!! :lol:

30 May 2006 Received appointment letter for JaX on 13 July 2006

13 July Interview successful approved

20 July Received green card

30 June 08 Sent I751 to remove conditions

25 July 08 Application returned erroneously incorrect fee

27 July mailed new application with separate checks

15 Sept 08 Application returned erroneously K2 not within 90 day timeframe

17 Sept Mailed 3rd application with mountains of proof of error copied Senator Mel Martinez

09 October 4th application package sent. This time they said the app signature page was a copy

10 Oct Sent package again 4th time.

25 Oct Received another NOA for Wife with $625 for the amount with one year extension

30 Oct 2008 Still nothing for step daughter. Checks still haven't cleared the bank

24 November Checks finally cleared the bank

February biometrics for wife Nothing for daughter.
