Don't let them win, Gogo. You are doing this because you love your wife and that is what makes this whole process worth it. I have only seen one post on here for a couple who decided to give it all up because of the USCISs idiocy and terrible drawn out processes (can't remember their VJ name). Please don't let yours become the second one.

You have a lot of people hoping to see some good news for you, take strength from your wife and take strength from their wellwishes :)

my latest thing is I got transferred to the LOS ANGELES LOCAL office (both I-130 and I-129F on November 27)... today, the I-129F got touched again (November 28 last updated date).. if it does get approved soon, I have a trick for all you guys still waiting..

email the Vice President (####### Cheney) and President...

http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

talk about how your case is over 180 days and your situation ... I did, and received a letter in the mail in about 2 weeks from them stating they will look into my case (from Homeland security, who is the boss of USCIS).. they want to keep a record of all dealings and will have a person contact me... which was yesterday (from area code 202 -- Washington D.C.).. I got to talking someone from USCIS - Homeland Security Dept.. a person called Mr. Miller... he stated there was something going to happen soon with my case..
