I got touched.. is something good maybe going on guys?

After one touch when I did an RFE trick on the 15th, I just went online and saw that I was touched.... And I did not do anything to get touched. I did not mail them a letter. I did not call.. I think my file is pretty complete. And my file is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy early to be touched because the visa journey timeline says January 3rd before I will be touched..

Is this a bad thing? Does this mean an RFE? Does this mean anything at all? SOMEONE HELP CALM ME DOWN..

I HAD EVEN STOPPED LOOKING FOR TOUCHES AND JUST LOOKED TODAY... AND BOOM I WAS TOUCHED..

PLEASE GOD LET ME BE WITH MY HUSBAND.. PLEASE GOD GIVE ME AN APPROVAL TO TAKE WITH ME TO ALGERIA..

PLEASE I AM A GOOD GIRL AND I PAY MY BILLS AND I HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND I NEVER STOLE FROM ANYONE>>

I don't know about the CR-1's movement but I know we're similar application time lines and I haven't been touched today. I filed a K3. Hindsight says I should have done a CR-1 but oh well.

Breath. It's a good thing but still a row to hoe. Every time they do something with your application they have to scan the bar code and it means it's touched. So Yeah!

Well, our case hadnt been touched since like June 27th, but then on Nov 19th and 20th, we got a touch, cause the dates changed online.

I called a few weeks ago and our case was not in the automated system, so I spoke to an officer and she was goin to escalate and see what was goin on with it. Well that is when we got our touches!!

So, I did a follow up call today and was on phone for like an hour and mostly hold time :angry: , but I spoke to another officer and she told me that our case was assigned to an officer, so I pray that something good will come from this. :whistle:

I think that our timeline was pretty close to eachother yeah? So, lets pray and keep our fingers crossed that we will get approved and soon...Insha Allaah!!!!!!

I wouldn't hold too much faith in what the timeline on the USCIS website says. Ours said we shouldn't expect an approval/denial until mid July, but we got ours months before that on March 6th:)

Perhaps yours will be good news as well, I'm crossing my fingers for you!

Don't assume it's a bad thing :) lots of files get touched before approval. Ours was touched twice, it never occurred to me that it could be for an RFE (and it wasn't, just for clarification).

Keep good thoughts :thumbs:

Touched again this morning.. And it aint even 5 am in California.. WHAT THE HECK?My timeline says that nothing is going on until January.. So why am I getting touched 2 days in a row?
