The 751 doesn't have to be notarized right?

Nope, just had to get notarized afidavits for the letters about our marriage

The only thing I would suggest is having your parent's send something in writing stating that both of you lived with them, and indicate if they require you to pay any rent or utilities. Other than that I think your list looks good. Best of luck!

Jasman, out of curiosity...how did you label your tabs. Did you do a tab for every category or for each individual type of evidence.

I'm putting mine together now and i'm having a hard time labeling...maybe I'm just retarded.

Congrats Jasman. Hope things go smoothly for you.

I think we have put together a really nice packet. I have it set up in a binder with ACCO fasteners and tabs at the bottom to separate each document section. I have five letters from friends and family about our relationship and lots of other documents so I think we should be fine.:dance: It will be nice to get this done and over with

I know I am not Jasman, but I did a tab for each individual type of evidence. I had about 18 tabs so it got a bit crowded but I think it still looked fairly neat.

I think putting tabs for easy lookup really helps. When I sent the I-129 to CSC I did the same thing and it was approved in about 12 days. I don't expect that this time but do believe having an organized packet helps them and they show they thanks

I had 14 tabs
