Guy on The World of Filipinas says his K1 petition was successfull in getting his lady with him not having met in person.

It was based on medical reasons he couldn't fly!

Looks to be for for real.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

It has happened. One has to provide a lot of proof to be approved though.

Yeah he said he had all kinds of doctors reports.

8 months or so prior he posted he was going to try and everyone shut him down saying it was impossible.

He hadn't posted since and posted recently he was successfull and was asking about adjusting status.

he did post when he got his NOA2. most thought he would be shutdown at the embassy interview but they got approved.

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png
