I JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM THE SENATORS OFFICE AND I'M IN SHOCK. I do not know what even is approved. I have no NOA 2 but, they are telling me its APPROVED!! I really want to believe this but, its been such a mess... What is going on now????

There will not be any new information available until the end of this month. This is because the NVC has not yet confirmed receipt of your husbands approved visa from the California Service Center. They sent the NVC the case on November 2, 2007. It could take up to 30 days for the NVC to confirm receipt of the case. I will check with the NVC next week to see if they have the case and are working on it.

Call NVC yourself. Use the automated system and see if your I130 is in the system. If not, thats ok. Call back again, talk to an operator, give them your I129F receipt number (MSC etc) and see if it is in the system. If your case was approved/sent Nov. 2, it might (should) be there already. no harm in trying. If its not there, its not there, if it is, then they will tell you :dance: :dance:

I swear we are caught in a big black hole! If its your approval Gogo I wouldn't feel bad about that. But, they made a HUGE mistake here!!!!

are you planning on taking them to court? If not, we won't be able to get past anything at this rate... I'm still holding true to my deadline of 1/1/2008... that is 280 days from when I submitted... plenty of time for them to do ANYTHING for my case...

Right now I feel very empty!! Because you do not send something like that if its not true.... I really thought it was odd when I received the email and that's why I telephoned for the NOA2 and nothing has changed with our applications... :crying:

"Ready for Interview" (Ready to wait for 1-3 Months, this is official NVC letter transfer date) : 9/9/2013

DHL Tracking : arrived 9/24/2013

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013

That's awful for the office to get your hopes like that, only to say they mixed up your info with someone else's :( I was so pleased when I saw the post saying you were approved. You'll have your approval for real soon, My Honey, just keep your spirits up.

04/12/2007 Filed at VSC

05/09/2007 recieved NOA I from CSC (Reached 6 MONTHS 195 days from NOA I)

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

12/17/07 Lima Peru Embassey receives K3

01/04/08 My Honey's Medical

01/15/08 LEAVING FOR LIMA PERU!!!

01/17/08 8:15 AM Date of Interview in Lima, Peru with my honey!

I JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM THE SENATORS OFFICE AND I'M IN SHOCK. I do not know what even is approved. I have no NOA 2 but, they are telling me its APPROVED!! I really want to believe this but, its been such a mess... What is going on now????

There will not be any new information available until the end of this month. This is because the NVC has not yet confirmed receipt of your husbands approved visa from the California Service Center. They sent the NVC the case on November 2, 2007. It could take up to 30 days for the NVC to confirm receipt of the case. I will check with the NVC next week to see if they have the case and are working on it.

Oh...I can't believe it! What a mess! It just hurts me to see this as I've been watching for a long time waiting for your approval since I know how hard the wait is. Hopefully they will give some extra attention now and approve it quickly!

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
