Question about the G-325a

Okay the part of the form that says

This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

and then lists naturalization other and status as a permanent resident

Which should my foreign fiance check? Other then specify K1 Visa??

I just want to fill out this form correctly and the sample form pdf isn't working.. Can anyone tell me if this is what he should put in that section.

I did "Others" and typed, "I-129F Petition", just like I saw it on the example.
