01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

OK. Now, a gripe. London sent packet 3 to my fiance on Dec. 11th. Here we are 7 working days later and its still not arrived. I know its Christmas and all, but seriously???? How can it take so freaking long???

very annoying, i know...the embassy in albania mailed our packet 3 on the 6th, and adriano didnt get it until the 15th...the worst part of it is that he lives in the same city as the embassy!! in other words, the packet went from tirana to tirana, and it took 9 days...#######

it'll show up eventually, dont worry ;)

Julez.....have you tried spending your right arm and left leg calling the embassy?? I would be curious to see what they say. or maybe the DOS, I think they can see the same computer info as the embassy. Perhaps you should request a second packet. We are right behind you, so keep us posted

I talked to the DOS yesterday and they said to give it a few more days. And so we wait. I just cannot believe how incredibly slow the mail service is! Its not like this is a third world country!!!

However, I take comfort in the fact that thejoz had P3 sent the same day from London and its still not delivered yet either.

Almost makes me wonder if they actually sent it, or just logged it as being sent but its still sitting on someone's desk.

I know. And the person is probably visiting the US for the hols and won't be back until the 2nd week in January. UGH!

My fiance just went to the consulate in Port-au-Prince. His interview date is December 27th, so he could be back before the end of this year! YAY!!! :dance:

4/6/07 He came to US for 6 glorious weeks

5/20/07 He returned to Ufa, RU

5/24/07 Mailed I-129F to NSC!!!!!

5/25/07 Received and signed for by F Heinauer, NSC

6/11/07 NOA1 (NEVER received hard copy)

8/23/07 Ramzis comes to America for another visit

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS
